With over 20 years of experience in material handling, the company offers a comprehensive service system covering design, manufacturing. quality supervision, installation, commissioning, and training.The company focuses on providing customers with automation solutions for pneumatic conveying systems, bulk opening and unloading systems, storage systems, weighing and metering systems, blending and mixing systems, and fully automated packaging systems.

From nano powders to centimeter-sized granules, from low-density to high-density powders, from highly abrasive to brittle materials, from low-flowability to sticky substances, and highly elastic granules, CZL has handled nearly more than 300 types of materials and completed over 400 engineering projects.

  • 2006-Start up freshmen

    On January 26, 2006, CZL Intelligent Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. was officially established and participated in multiple national key coal chemical construction projects.

    1. Completed the Yuntianhua 30000 t/a polyformaldehyde blending and transportation project. 2. Completed the coal powder and limestone transportation project for Datang Duolun Shell process:

    3. Become the general agent, technical service provider, and after-sales service provider of Kobelon rotary valves in the Chinese market;

    4. Complete the coal powder and limestone conveying system for Tianjin Alkali Plant's coal chemical industry:

    5. Complete Shenhua's first coal to oil Kebelong rotary valve agency and coal powder transportation project.


  • 2008-Relocate to a new location

    CZL officially moved into Xinzha Private Industrial Park in Zhonglou District

    1. We specialize in the construction of automated production lines for PVC pipes and profiles, providing comprehensive contracting services for the entire process of system design, manufacturing, inspection, commissioning, and delivery.

    2. Provided multiple large-scale fully automated PVC conveying and mixing systems for listed companies such as Conch, Shide, Yili Resources, and Baoshuo


  • 2013-Breakthrough and soar

    The company settled in Jintan Economic Development Zone and established CZL Powder Engineering Co., Ltd. The company's 10000 square meter production workshop and 3000 square meter office building have laid a solid foundation for its growth and development.

  • 2015-Entering the field of battery materials

    1. Construct the first fully automated production line for energy storage molten salt transportation, batching, and packaging in China.

    2. Enter the lithium battery industry and supply ternary lithium and lithium iron phosphate material handling systems to Dangsheng Technology and Caike Chemical.


  • 2017-Recycle

    Entering the recycled plastic industry. Complete the pilot production line of 50t/p PET bottle recycling granulation blending and conveying system, making the spinning performance of recycled PET infinitely close to that of raw materials. We have provided PET bottle recycling granulation blending and conveying systems for companies such as Veolia, Ningbo Dafa, and Peiyong.

  • 2022-Military industry cooperation

    Complete the automation system for precious metal mixed fabrics, making contributions to the military and civilian aircraft industry.

  • 2023-Soaring performance

    1. Complete the centralized feeding and mixing automation system for 86 photovoltaic film production lines.

    2. Provided multiple automated conveying, batching, blending, and centralized fully automated production lines for well-known domestic and foreign enterprises such as Baotai Group, Lvkang Biotechnology, Muyang Group, Cabot, BASF, Mobil, Fujian Sailong Technology, and Kaisai Biotechnology. A total of 66 projects were completed throughout the year.
