Ton package feeding station

It consists of a ton bag flexible tapping mechanism, a cylinder bag clamping mechanism, a ton bag feeding port, a warehouse body, an electric hoist, a platform hanger, and a dust removal system.

Standard bag dust-free powder feeding station

The bag opening station is composed of units such as the feeding station body, feeding door and grid network, dust removal system and fluidized arch breaking device. The bag opening station is equipped with a dust removal system, which creates a micro negative pressure environment during feeding to prevent the overflow of feeding dust. According to the characteristics of the powder, different fluidized arch breaking mechanisms are selected: air flow arch breaking, air hammer vibration arch breaking, mechanical mixing device or inertia vibration bucket.
